- Prices are valid from 15/08/2010, are inclusive of the GST and are subject to change without notice.
- Included as part of your tariff are Sheridan Egyptian cotton bed linen, doonas, bath towels, Natural Essence shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap & bath gel, Vittoria plunger coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
- Minimum 2 night stay. Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends and 4 night stay for Easter weekend.
- A deposit of 50% is required when booking your stay. The balance is payable upon arrival.
- If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is refundable provided we are advised of the cancellation more than 2 calendar months prior to the date of your booking.
- Check in from 3 pm and check out by 11am.
- A very substantial breakfast hamper is provided for the first morning of our stay. This hamper consists of free range bacon, eggs freshly laid by our flock of free range hens and ducks, field mushrooms and gourmet tomatoes for you to cook at your leisure, natural muesli, home-baked crusty bread, oranges for you to juice, milk, butter and jams from The Treat Factory in Berry.
- Aurora and Inanna cottages are not suitable for children.
- There is no charge for babies still in cots in Elysium cottage. A portable cot and high chair are available by arrangement, however you will need to bring your own linen.
- We ask that smokers refrain from smoking inside the cottages.
- Cash, Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS are all accepted.
- Gift certificates are available upon request.
- Sorry but we do not allow pets at The Heavens, however we can highly recommend Valley Kennels and Cattery in Kangaroo Valley.
