Inanna is a luxury, contemporary one bedroom cottage with a stunning view so that couples can rediscover romance. Inanna has been architect designed, using passive solar principles for your year round comfort and to take full advantage of both the view and the natural environment. Enjoy the magnificent valley and escarpment views from every room.
The bedroom has a king sized bed, and the cottage is furnished with unique timber furniture made for The Heavens by a local craftsman, from recycled Australian hardwoods. If an extra adult or children are staying, there is a double sofa bed incorporated into the modular lounge suite that can be made up upon request.
Relax in the spacious living room complete with TV, DVD player and stereo. The cottage also contains a selection of books, games, CD’s, and DVD movies for your enjoyment.
Sip a refreshing drink while cooking up a storm on the BBQ and then dine alfresco on your verandah overlooking the lush green valley below. Or simply lie back and have a relaxing soak, while taking in the breathtaking view from the large oval spa bath for two.
The cottage is well equipped for those who wish to cook, with a 4 burner gas stove, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, a full size fridge and a pantry full of your basic essentials. There are reverse cycle air conditioners in the lounge and bedroom, a heated towel rail in the bathroom for your added comfort and a gas log fire for those chilly winter nights.
For the ultimate indulgence, why not enjoy a relaxing in-house massage with Pamper Me during your stay. Bookings are essential.
For those lucky enough to enjoy a longer stay, there is a washing machine in the cottage for your use. As we wish your stay at The Heavens to be private and peaceful, we do not service the room daily. However, extra towels are provided should you wish to use them.
The Heavens Mountain Escape is located near the historic village of Kangaroo Valley on the South Coast of NSW. Kangaroo Valley is approximately 30 minutes by car from Nowra on the coast and Bowral in the Southern Highlands.

“We have recently returned from a stay in the Inanna cottage for our mini-moon escape. Our booking was handled very efficiently by Jan and her instructions on finding the property were spot on. The cottage was beautiful, clean, warm and contained everything we needed.The location and view was absolutely stunning (even on a cloudy day), we had kangaroos grazing close by and the changing view of the valley made even just sitting an enjoyable activity. If you are looking for a place to relax and reenergise, it would be hard to find a more beautiful place to spend a few days.”

“An outstanding place. We stayed in Innana cottage and it was beautiful. Each room (living, bathroom, bedroom) had stunning nature views down the valley, with birds singing all day. It was the most relaxing, peaceful place I have ever stayed. The spa was gorgeous, comfortable and with amazing views too. All the necessities and little luxuries were provided and it is truly secluded, private and romantic. I think it had the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. We did not want to leave!”
