Prices are valid from 3/1/2024, are inclusive of the GST and are subject to change without notice.

Included in your tariff are Sheridan Egyptian cotton bed linen, wool doonas, bath towels, Natural Essence shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap & bath gel, Vittoria plunger coffee, tea, sugar and milk, Nespresso pod coffee machines in all cottages.

Minimum 2 night stay. Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends  and 4 night stay for Easter weekend and in peak holiday periods

A deposit of 50% is required when booking your stay. The balance is payable 2 weeks before your arrival.

If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is refundable provided we are advised of the cancellation more than 2 calendar months prior to the date of your booking. Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival means forfeit of all monies paid

Check in from 4pm and check out by 11am.

A breakfast hamper is provided for the first morning of our stay. This hamper consists of avocado, eggs freshly laid by our flock of free range hens and ducks, field mushrooms and gourmet tomatoes, natural muesli, home-baked crusty bread, oranges for you to juice, milk, butter and jams from The Treat Factory in Berry.

There is a small charge for babies still in cots in Elysium cottage. A portable cot will be made up ready for your arrival and a high chair is available upon request.

We ask that smokers refrain from smoking inside the cottages.

Cash, Mastercard, Visa and Amex are all accepted. A 1.8% fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Gift certificates are available upon request.

Pets are allowed to stay in Elysium cottage only. Guests must advise at the time of booking. A charge applies
